Understanding Stress Response
If you could know how understanding stress might increase performance,
would it be useful to you?
Stress has become a word associated with sickness and ill health, and is directly connected to significant drops in performance and the bottom line of businesses.
Yet once understood it can be managed and become a driver for increased focus and motivation.
This short programme will highlight the effect stress can have when mismanaged and how understanding stress triggers can allow us to manage ourselves and others more effectively.
The programme includes some techniques for managing personal stress, in addition to how to recognise some basic triggers in our working and individual environment.
The programme runs for a half a day for up to 20 people.
