Training and or facilitation programmes to in-house groups or individuals or by attending open programmes with the outcome of meeting individual and group goals in areas such as ,coaching staff, conflict management, negotiation skills, or maybe teaching participants how to improve interpersonal/team/group/company relationships. Training the Trainer
Training the in-house leader/coach and or trainer. Sometimes it makes sense to train your own staff to coach their teams and or teach some of our shorter programmes internally. We provide the training for this outcome and will be pleased to discuss a bespoke programme.
